Barbara sent us this clever idea for making an "all-in-one" napkin holder.
Instead of making free standing napkin sleeves, she used a store bought napkin as the backing, so that the napkin sleeve design is embroidered directly onto the napkin. It now becomes a built in cutlery holder.
