Dovlecei se taie rondele, se trec prin faina si se prajesc. Inainte de a aseza dovleceii in tava, aceasta se va unge cu ulei si se va tapeta cu pesmet.
Se aseaza un strat de dovlecei si 1/2 din cantitatea de sos de smintina care se intinde uniform, apoi stratul de carne si restul de dovlecei cu sosul de smintina. Se introduce tava la cuptor pentru gratina... |

Mod de preparare
Se fac doua foi de rulada pe care le glasam cu zaharul caramel stins cu apa .Dupa ce s-a intarit caramelul punem un strat de crema(pe care o preparam dupa instructiunile de pe plic cu diferenta ca in compozitie mai adaugam si margarina)asezam Naty una langa alta ,punem si al doilea strat de crema apoi as... |
